Poster Information

Once again, we encourage all NEMO programs to prepare a poster highlighting activities or particular successes since we last met in 2006. And this time around, the Posters will be on display throughout the conference in the “Chapel” (our main meeting room). So there will be a lot more time to brag about your accomplishments and ask other people about theirs.

Posters will also be on display during our Dessert Reception at Monterey Bay Aquarium (NEMO Hubsters will take care of transporting the posters).

Poster Specs:

  • One poster per Network program, unless otherwise approved the Hub.
  • Minimum size is 18" x 20". Maximum size is 30" x 40". Size can vary within these limits.
  • Full color, printed on paper, is requested. (Rolling the poster into a tube for travel will keep it in the best condition possible).
  • Please bring your poster with you when you register (registration will be in the Chapel building) when you first arrive at U6.
  • There is no delivery of packages to Asilomar.

The Hub reserves the right to pester members for electronic versions of their poster after the conference.

If you are having trouble creating a poster or aren't sure where to begin, we have posted the posters from conferences past. We have also linked to several websites specializing in poster creation, layout and design. (If you have another useful link, please let the Hub know).
