03/04 New Pennsylvania NEMO Program
Another new program under the aegis of the PA Sea Grant program will be staffed by Dave Skellie and Sean Rafferty. Dave, the former director of the Erie County Planning Department, will oversee the project, while Sean, a recent graduate of Penn State Erie, will be getting out to the towns and making presentations. The Pennsylvania Sea Grant effort received 3-years of support from the PA DEP.
