Michigan NEMO Program

In Michigan, Sea Grant Extension Educators teach NEMO concepts in several of the Citizen Planner sessions mentioned above. The NEMO program introduces the issue of nonpoint source pollution to local officials and gives them tools for improving water quality and planning development.
